We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Returned with all original tags and packaging

For hygiene and product integrity, certain items (including accessories or intimate wear) may not be eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
