Is your favourite pastime tracking your delivery? Because same. Orders within Australia delivered by Australia Post can be tracked here.

International deliveries delivered by DHL can be tracked here. 

If you have purchased a pre-order item, you will receive a follow up email with tracking and courier details once this item has been dispatched.

If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please reach out via the live chat function on our website, or via email contact@nangestudio.com  

Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to make the requested adjustments to your order, if the parcel has already been invoiced out or dispatched, changes are unable to be made.  

Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.

We sure do. All orders are shipped internationally from Brisbane, Australia via DHL Express. For all shipping related information please click here.

All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received at our Australian warehouse. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if your tracking shows ‘delivered’ and the processing time has exceeded 5 business days. All funds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Please note, refund processing times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.

Once you lodge your return via the Refundid portal, your return item must be shipped with your local postal or courier service within the next 7 days. Returns that haven’t been lodged within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.

Online purchases can be returned in-store within 30 days for a gift card or exchange only. Store purchases can be returned to our warehouse for a return to gift card only and are returned at the customer’s expense. Please note, in-store returns are unable to be returned via our online returns portal.

Not the one? It happens. Australian customers can now receive an instant exchange for their online purchase. All other regions wishing to change your size or style, we recommend repurchasing and returning your original order for a refund or gift card, in accordance with our returns policy. We know you’ll find something else you’ll love.

Instant exchange allows you to swap your item for a different size or style without needing to wait for your return parcel to arrive back to us. You can exchange to a different size of the exact same item at the price you originally paid. Alternatively if you wish to select a different style, you can use your exchange credit to do so. You will be guided through this quick and easy process via the Refundid portal. Your replacement item is confirmed instantly and shipped in accordance with our usual processing times. Instant exchanges are capped at 3 for the same order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay*

*Please note, this will vary dependent on which country you are shopping with us from.  

We accept Afterpay and Klarna for all our Australian customers, and Afterpay for our New Zealand customers.

We ask that you kindly contact our Customer Service team via the live chat function on our website or via email with your order number and images of the fault. Please note, we classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged, or if a fault has occurred within 3 months from the order date. Damage outside of 3 months, is considered normal wear and tear.

To redeem an e-gift card or return to gift card, please enter the serial number in the ‘discount code or gift card’ section upon checkout.  

If the gift card partially covers the total order value, you will be required to add additional funds via an alternative payment method.  

NANGÉ gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase or return and can be redeemed both in-store and online.

Gift cards are created in AUD currency only and will fluctuate based on the foreign exchange rate.

Refundid is NANGÉ’s instant refund and exchange partner. The Refundid portal can be accessed via our returns page. To be eligible for an instant refund via Refundid, your order must have been placed within the last 60 days and the items being returned must meet our returns policy requirements.

Instant refunds processed by Refundid are sent to the nominated bank account. If your order was placed using a buy now pay later service, you are required to pay out any remaining instalments. Refundid does not process funds back to a buy now pay later service.

For customers wishing to exchange to a different size of the same item, we will honour the original purchase price, no difference will be asked for payment outside of shipping costs. 

If you select a new item that is greater than your exchange credit, you will be prompted to pay the difference using a credit or debit card. If the new item selected is of lesser value than the exchange credit, you will receive an instant refund for the difference.
